Lake Havasu City students celebrated Thanksgiving Tuesday afternoon in different ways with their classmates and more.

Guiding Light Preschool gave their students a Thanksgiving lunch with their parents.

Oro Grande kindergarteners learned about the Choctaw Indian culture by parent Jessica Aston. The kindergarteners also made Stone Soup based on the book “Stone Soup.” Teacher Leonora Fimbres has been making stone soup with her students for 27 years.

Oro Grande  first graders were treated to turkey and pumpkin pie provided by parent volunteers.
