Havasu All Abilities Resource Fair Presented by Building Bridges Havasu

Important Information for Vendors:
65 Vendors will be accepted.

Saturday, September 5, 2026 in Lake Havasu City, AZ.

Vendors will set up own booths. Tables and chairs will be provided.
Banners, giveaways, and table decorations must be provided by vendor.
Fidget toys or something for our All Abilities attendees to do at tables are encouraged so caregivers can keep them busy as they talk to vendors.
Vendor set-up will be Friday, September 4, 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Vendor set-up will finish Saturday 5, 7:30 a.m.- 8:30 a.m.
Set up MUST be completed by 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning.
Doors close to public at 3 p.m.
Tear-down 3 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Vendors are required to tear down their booths and leave their space as clean as they found it when they came in. Tear down MUST be completed by 5 p.m.
