Important Information for Vendors:
65 Vendors will be accepted.

Saturday, September 5, 2026 in Lake Havasu City, AZ.

  • Vendors will set up own booths. Tables and chairs will be provided.
  • Banners, giveaways, and table decorations must be provided by vendor.
  • Fidget toys or something for our All Abilities attendees to do at tables are encouraged so caregivers can keep them busy as they talk to vendors.
  • Vendor set-up will be Friday, September 4, 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Vendor set-up will finish Saturday 5, 7:30 a.m.- 8:30 a.m.
  • Set up MUST be completed by 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning.
  • Doors close to public at 3 p.m.
  • Tear-down 3 p.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Vendors are required to tear down their booths and leave their space as clean as they found it when they came in. Tear down MUST be completed by 5 p.m.
