The 8u Scorpions baseball team – Lake Havasu City – took second place this weekend at the Triple Crown Baseball By the Bridge tournament.

Teams from Las Vegas, Nev., La Quinta, Calif., Lake Havasu City, and Albuquerque, N.M., competed in the tournament at SARA Park.

9s: First place: Suprise, Ariz., Arizona Pilots

11s: First place: Nevada Hustlers

12s: First place: Henderson, Nev., Xtreme Baseball

13s: First Place: Sahuarita, Ariz., Beast Baseball
