New Event For Lake Havasu City Fourth Celebration

This year brings a big change to the celebration of the Fourth of July in Lake Havasu City.

Fire on the Water is a new event that will culminate with the annual fireworks display over Lake Havasu.

This year, Fire on the Water, presented by DSM  Productions, will be at the Ballparks at Rotary Community Park. It is sponsored by Anderson Automotive and Powersports and hosted by Go Lake Havasu.

Beginning at 1 p.m., there will be a cornhole tournament, vendors, food trucks, KidZone, a car and boat show, a beer garden and more.

Live music begins at 3 p.m. on the Radio Central stage.

Those planning to go may bring lawn chairs, but pets and coolers are not allowed.

Cooling stations will be provided by Mohave Misting.

The fireworks display will begin at 9 p.m.
