Spring Break has started in Lake Havasu with music festivals and performances being at the heart of the action.

The Nautical Inn Beachfront Resort kicks off their Spring Break with The Unity Festival this weekend. The festival consists of Reggae bands March 13-15 including performances by J BOOG ANUHEA MAOLI FISHBONE MANGO KINGZ BABA B ONE DROP BLACK BOTTOM LIGHTERS THICKER THAN THIEVES and CALI TREEZ. Kokomo kicked off their Spring Break festivities with Mase, DJ Chelsea, Con Bro Chill, and The Chain Smokers. The performances were also part of the filming House of Whatever by Bud Light. This Saturday, March 14, Jordin Sparks will be performing at 11pm. The Bridgewater Channel will be full of Spring Breakers the next few weeks with parties on their boats. Just a disclaimer, it may not be suitable for young eyes. Use your discretion when walking along the Channel with little ones during Spring Break.

For teenagers in Lake Havasu, Teen Break begins at Rotary Park on Tuesday, March 17. This is open to grade levels 6-12th. Prizes will be given away to the students and carnival rides and games will be a part of the event. This year, they will be hosting after hours High School Only parties at Rotary on Tuesday and Wednesday evening. For further information, contact 453-8686.
