The Mindful Living Expo is a collaboration of local businesses that focus on strengthening our health, homes and environment naturally and consciously.

We will have short demonstrations and introductions every 15 minutes from each vendor sharing healthful tips, interesting topics and some yummy samples!

Conversations about how food affects mood, seasonal allergy essential oil solutions, healthy home cleaning, natural supplements and easy fresh homemade sauces to name a few!
