Are you looking for a night out? Not interested in hiring a babysitter so your kids can play video games at home in their rooms? Consider dropping your kids off with us for an evening of yoga, mindfulness, and sound healing.

ABOUT US: Bonni Sue is an experienced and certified Yoga Teacher and Reiki Practitioner trained in teaching yoga and mindfulness to kids and teens. Cameron is a skilled musician, always ready and willing to share the gift of music with children.

We will focus on our breath during our time together, practice some fun children’s yoga asanas while soothing our bodies with musical notes. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!!

Open for children ages 5 and older (if you have younger children, we do have contact information for community members that open to watching the babies)

Space held Friday evenings from 6:30 pm- 8:00 pm at Eight Lotus Yoga Studio (2180 McCulloch Blvd).

$15 for the first child. $10 for each additional child in the family.
