The Breakfast with Champions is an invitation only event for businesses and individuals to help create awareness of our Special Olympics Athletes and program here in Lake Havasu City.

The purpose of Special Olympics Lake Havasu City is to empower children and adults with intellectual disabilities (ID) to live healthy, fulfilling, and meaningful lives to the fullest extent of their ability.
We realize our vision of acceptance and inclusion through inclusive health, leadership and advocacy programs, as well as our mission to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills, and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes, and the community.

Special Olympics Arizona has been serving children and adults with ID since 1975—more than 45 years! The organization has grown from100 athletes to more than 21,000 served annually.
