Take the stress out of meal prep and always have a fresh, satisfying meal on hand! Each date is different recipes, so you have the opportunity to gather with a group to get things done quickly–register for each date separately, spaces are limited!
$100/session includes ingredients for 6 recipes (serves 2-4 depending on how large you like your portions), all of the supplies needed to build the meals during the session, and a take-home cookbook with over 100 crockpot freezer meal recipes.
