Join the Pirates Den RV Resort and Marina along with the Association of Havasu for a night of food, wine, live music and a chance to support a great cause Friday.
“The Pirates Den is hosting this event and this year, has named The Cancer Association Of Havasu (which is under the umbrella of the Havasu Community Health Foundation) the charity to benefit from the event,” said Havasu Community Health Foundation Chairman, Scott Taylor. “It’s the Pirates Den second event but our first being part of it and we are glad to be involved.”
The fundraiser event ticket includes a five-course wine pairing dinner, wines from from Daou Winery along with cocktails. A limited amount of tickets also include bus transportation leaving from Lake Havasu City.
“The funds raised are going to help families that are currently going through cancer and also help our organization provide screenings for the community,” Taylor said.
Proceeds benefit the Cancer Association of Havasu. To date, The Cancer Association of Havasu has provided more than 400 mammogram cancer screenings in Lake Havasu City.
Online tickets sales can be purchased until Thursday at www.havasucommunityhealthfoundation.org/events A limited amount of tickets will also be available at the door day of event.
Event begins at 5:30 p.m., and is located at Pirate’s Den RV Resort and Marina.
Ticket prices: Limited seating is available with tables for four, six and eight people are $100 each or
$125 each person which includes bus transportation leaving Lake Havasu from Javelina Restaurant at 4:45 p.m., returning to Lake Havasu at 10 p.m.
Pirate’s Den RV Resort and Marina is located at 7350 Riverside Drive in Parker.
