Barkfest 2026, happened at the Nautical Beachfront Resort Saturday, and brought together around 27 vendors and a lively crowd of dog lovers for a fun-filled community event.
The Western Arizona Humane Society (WAHS) attended with adoptable rescue dogs, while special appearances from local “celebrity” dogs—including Ember, a firehouse support dog, and K9 Ace from the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office— drew plenty of attention.
The day began with an agility course that wrapped around the hotel, challenging dogs with a variety of obstacles, followed by impressive demonstrations that wowed the crowd.
With so many happy dogs and smiling faces, the event was a joyful celebration of the bond between people and their pets.
