The Rainbow Girls Fidelity Assembly #046, will be presenting a concert event set for Saturday to benefit the Lake Havasu High School Marching Band and Color Guard.

Performance acts of the night will be headlined by Kevin Jaxon and the Midnight Sun along with other local performers. The LHHS Jazz band will perform as well as other LHHS band members.

Tickets are $10 and each ticket purchase comes with a free raffle entry into a multi-basket drawing. Baskets include a gift card to multiple local restaurants and more.

All proceeds will be used for instrument repair, equipment and new props for the Color Guard team.

This event was the inspiration of Helena Loulidas, 14, and her parents Drake an Julia Finney. The concert was organized with the help of Dwain Fernandez and the advisory board of the Rainbow Girls.

“Service is a big passion for me. Music and band is something I have always loved to do. I was like ‘Well, they need help. Why not use the opportunity in leadership to use and benefit them.'” said Loulidas.

The Rainbow Girls have raised almost $1,400 of its $2,500 goal.

Come enjoy the music Saturday afternoon while helping out the LHHS Marching Band and Color Guard. Doors open at 1 p.m., and the curtain goes up at 2 p.m., at the Lake Havasu High School Performing Arts Center.
