Three-Hundred cars and motorcycles were on display at the 15th Annual Crossroads Car and Bike show at the Havasu Speedway 95 Track, Saturday.
The event was free to the public and included a no-cost car entry making it a great opportunity for participants to display many classic and hot rod cars along with motorcycles. Spectators were also treated to free hotdogs and beverages sponsored by Calvary Baptist Church.
Calvary Baptist Church opened in 1972 on the far south end of Lake Havasu. The church served as an outpost in an otherwise undeveloped area of town at that time.
The Crossroads Car and Bike Show first began in 2008, and is a Calvary-sponsored event every year. T-shirts were also for sale, along with a 50/50 drawing, and live music. All proceeds from raffle tickets and shirts, and vendor sales support the Faith and Grace women’s shelter.
