The Dementia Connection of Havasu volunteers invite you to support our 4th Annual Movin’ for Memory walk November 3, 2018 at Rotary Park, Ramada C. Registration $15.00 includes a T-shirt, lunch provided by The Elk’s Lodge #2399, and a good bag!
Teams of 4 or more are $12.50. Please stop in the Havasu Community Health Foundation to fill out your registration form. In order to be guaranteed a shirt please complete by October 22nd, 2018. Each walker needs to sign the waiver and indemnification. 501(C)3 and have sponsorship opportunities.
