Opening Day Schedule

Pictures: 8:00am
All teams will start the day with individual pictures and then team pictures behind Field 1. All teams are required to check in at the photo desk at at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled picture time.

The picture schedule is still being finalized and will be posted shortly. Please be on time or it will have a negative effect on the schedule for the rest of the day

All players will receive a picture package paid for by HGAS.
Package includes:
1-3×5 Individual Photo, 1-5×7 Team Photo, 4-Wallets, 1- Cardboard Frame, 1-Button
Parents will have the option to order additional pictures if they wish. Please be sure to have picture order forms completed prior to team and individual pictures. We will not have a retake day.

After each T-Ball, Coach Pitch and 10U team finishes their pictures each team will start the competition part of the day on Field 3.

Team Competition
Only T-Ball, Coach Pitch and 10U teams will compete by division in team competitions on Field #1. All girls will run bases as a team. They will be timed individually and as a team on running around all four bases. Only 4 players (chosen by Coach) from each team will be timed on the throw around the bases competition.

Opening Day Raffle
Please turn in all sold tickets and raffle money to your coach. Each teams Raffle tickets should be turned in at the Raffle table prior getting your team pictures taken.
• Tickets are $5.00 a piece
• Name and phone must be listed on each ticket sold.
* You do not have to be present to win!

Additional Raffle tickets will be available to purchase until 11:00 am on Opening Day. Winner will be drawn during Opening Day Ceremonies.

All teams (T-Ball – 14/18U) are to meet as a team group at the Stage area for Team/Sponsor recognition, Team Awards and Raffle Winners.

Game Schedule
Upper Division Games will start after Opening Ceremonies. We would like for all teams to stay to watch the upper division games. This is a great way to support the upper divisions and to show our younger players what they have to look forward to!

We have a very fun but busy day planned. Please feel free to bring your pop ups and chairs to make this a relaxing fun day for you and your family. Please be sure to set up all pop ups towards the back of the staging area.
