The event will be held at The Shops at Lake Havasu on Halloween night (Thursday, October 31st) from 3 pm to 6 pm.
Sheriff Doug Schuster with MCSO staff, your local first responders, and businesses work very hard to provide a fun and safe environment for families to Trick or Treat and enjoy a night out.
