A cOMmUNITY Yoga class for the entire family. Children from our Friday evening Kid’s Yoga & Sound Mindfulness are encouraged to return Saturday morning’s with their entire family, where they are given a chance to show off what they learned the night before and also to connect to their breath with their families. This is a fun energetic class with Hatha yoga focus.

Allow us to come together on our mats on the 1st & 3rd Saturday Morning of the Month from 10-11 am.

Space will be held at Eight Lotus 2180 McCulloch Ave #102

$20 per household. All ages and beginners are cheered on to attend. Open to all experience levels.
