The local cub scouts, boy scouts and sea scouts are hosting their annual recruiting day at Rotary Park Ramada A on Saturday September 9th from 10am to 2pm.
There will be various activities hosted by each of the local units to give families an idea of what scouting has to offer their family. Scouting is for males and females from 5 years old to 20 years old. It fosters a love for the outdoors and outdoor activities, as well as encourages youth to be good and well rounded citizens.
