The Havasu Teen Health camp will be hosted by Dr. Persaud and Express Health AZ to raise awareness for pediatric obesity among students ages 10-17 on July 20th, 2018 at Shugrues.

Students will received Dr. Persaud’s Health PlayBook which includes: lecture handouts, food journal, gratitude journal, water tracker, activity tracker, personalized vision board
*Also included for the students will be Breakfast, Lunch, and snacks

*Free Weigh-In and setting healthy weight goals
*Free gift bag with cool take home gifts such as jumpropes, pedometers, etc.
