Chef Ben, Mudshark’s new corporate chef has thrown the Chef’s Table out the window and will be bringing you,
“The People’s Table”
There will be five separate stations with a beer pairing at each station.
Station #1: Salad “BAR”
Craft the perfect salad with the help of your salad tender
You take the roll of chef and create the perfect salad with our selection of dressings and garnishes you are sure to make a salad to please.
Station #2: Mac and Cheese Station
Your favorite pasta combined with your choice of cheese sauce and you can add either pulled pork or smoked brisket then we toss it in a parmesan wheel bowl
Station #3: Mako your Taco
Marinated Mako shark seared to perfection on our Himalayan Sea Salt grill served with assorted salsas and garnishes
Station #4: Wok and Roll Station
Protein geeks and veg heads will both love this station! Wok fried goodness with Scorpion sauce served on steamed rice
Station #5: Donut Wall
That’s it. A wall of donuts. Do you need more?
