The Real Sandbox Show is a hands-on, family-friendly event that brings the world of trucking, construction, heavy equipment, and skilled trades to life. Set against the rugged backdrop of Lake Havasu City during the same weekend as the iconic Balloon Festival, this exciting showcase invites kids and adults alike to get up close and personal with real machines, operators, and industry professionals.

Organized by the Mohave County Chapter of the American Truck Historical Society (ATHS), this inaugural event is designed to educate, engage, and inspire the next generation of builders, makers, and dreamers — all while celebrating the history and future of the trades.
