It’s the time of year where spooky events take over Lake Havasu City, from Halloween to fall-inspired, there is something for adults and children alike. Check out the Halloween event guide below.

For Kids and Families:

Jamaica School Pumpkin Patch October 17

Pumpkin Patch at Jamaica School in Lake Havasu City.

The patch is open 3 p.m.-6 p.m. and you may wear costumes.

Prestige Pumpkin Patch Oct. 18 4:30-6:30 p.m.

Prestige Assisted Living hosts a pumpkin patch for the community October 18, from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m.

Join them in the courtyard for games, grab bags, caramel apples, photo ops and miniature ponies to pet from Healing Meadows. Costumes are welcome. Prestige Assisted Living in located at 90 S. Smoketree Ave. For more information, call 928-680-1818.

Trunk -or-Treat at Living Word Family Church Oct. 18 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Who’s ready for some candy? Bring the kids and the whole family to a trunk or treat event at Living Word Family Church Trunk or Treat on Friday, at 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Come dressed up and get some candy. This is a free event to the public. Living Word Family Church is located at 1890 W. Acoma Blvd.

Mohave Community College Pumpkinfest Oct. 18 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Join MCC’s Lake Havasu Campus for its annual Pumpkinfest event.
It’s fun for all the family to enjoy with carnival games, a haunted house, candy and so much more.
Friday, 5:30-7:30 p.m., at Mohave Community College Lake Havasu campus, 1977 Acoma Blvd. West. Free for all ages.

Haven Of Havasu Trunk -or-Treat  Oct. 25 5:00pm -7:00pm

Join Haven at their Trunk-or-Treat event. Enjoy face painting, games,and lots of candy and fun prizes! Oct 25, from 5pm to 7pm. Free event. Location: 2781 Osborn Drive.

Grace Arts Live “Little Shop Of Horrors” Oct. 12-Oct. 27 (musical play)

Spoofing the 1950’s sci-fi movies, “Little Shop of Horrors” is one of the longest-running off-Broadway shows and inspired a hit film adaptation. Meek plant store attendant, Seymour, discovers a new breed of plant he names “Audrey II” – after his co-worker crush.

The plant grows into an ill-tempered, R & B singing carnivore who offers him fame, family, and fortune in exchange for feeding its growing appetite. Filled with rocking 60’s do-wop, Motown and pop ballads, “Little Shop of Horrors” has won almost every major Best Revival of a Musical award and has devoured the hearts of audiences around the world for more than 40 years.

Annual Nickle House Walk through Oct. 25  6 – 8 p.m., and Oct. 26 5:30- 8 p.m.

Brought to you by the homeowners at 150 Impala Lane, who grew up in Lake Havasu and remember “fondly” trick-or-treating on Daytona. Niki and Kevin have decorated a “Tim Burton” inspired no jump scare, free to the public backyard walkthrough open to all ages. This year, they are featuring new Corpse Bride animatronics and props along with all of the “Nightmare Before Christmas” and “Beetlejuice” gang.

Pumpkins and ghosts will be sure to delight with frightfully silly jokes. The walkthrough will be open to the public for two days only, Oct. 25 6–8 p.m., and Oct. 26 5:30- 8 p.m. Goodie bags are available for kids while supplies last.

Havasu Preparatory Trunk or Treat Oct. 25

Trunk or Treat in the Havasu Preparatory Academy parking lot  from 5:45 p.m.-8 p.m.

Food, crafts and games. HPA located at 3155 Maricopa Ave.

Nautilus Elementary School Trunk or Treat Oct. 25

Nautilus Elementary School is hosting their Trunk or Treat in Lake Havasu.

The Trunk or Treat will be 6 p.m.-7 p.m.

Costumes will be allowed and this event is open to the public.

Parks and Recreation Fall Fun Fair (Kids and Families) Oct 26 3-8 p.m. 

Come have fun with Parks and Recreation at the Fall Fun Fair in Lake Havasu. The Fall Fun Fair is open to the public. Tickets for games are 25-cents each. Fall Fun Fair  takes place at Rotary Community Park located at 1400 S. Smoketree. Money goes back into nonprofits in Lake Havasu City.

Traffic free, SAFE trick or treating experience in historic downtown Lake Havasu City. Fun for all.

Get Ready for a Spooktacular Night of Fun.  Join Lake Havasu City Parks & Recreation’s for its Inaugural Halloween Spooktacular on Oct. 31, at Rotary Community Park.

Mohave County Sheriffs Inaugural Candy Crawl  Oct 31 3-6 p.m.
The MCSO Public Outreach Team is very excited to announce its Inaugural Lake Havasu City Candy Crawl.
The event will be at The Shops at Lake Havasu on Halloween night. Sheriff Doug Schuster with MCSO staff, your local first responders, and businesses work very hard to provide a fun and safe environment for families to Trick or Treat and enjoy a night out. Location: The Shops of Havasu 5601 Hwy 95.

Zombie Pub Crawl (Adults 21 and over) Oct 19 7 p.m.-2 a.m.

All the Havasu guys and ghouls are invited to the annual Zombie Pub Crawl at Downtown District on McCulloch Boulevard. Grab a drink at all the bars along McCulloch dressed as Zombies. Non-zombies, be sure to protect your brains.

The Haunting at Kokomo (Adults 21 and over) Oct 25 9 p.m.
