Contestants went to work Thursday evening at the London Bridge Resort Convention Center for Lake Havasu Top Chef honors.
Tlhe event, hosted by the Lake Havasu Hospitality Association, raised funds for the organization to continue to provide education programs, scholarships and support for local hospitality enterprises.
Both chefs and mixologists competed for top honors at the event. Those attending were able to enjoy samples of all the epicurean and beverage delights.
The Nautical Beachfront Resort took top honors for Top Chef first place and took the opportunity to introduce its new executive chef David Hankins.
Martini Bay took Crowd Favorite honors, while Angelina’s Italian captured the Mixology category.
