The new year brings plenty of exciting community events to Lake Havasu.

This January, consider seeing a tribute band, checking out the Havasu Balloon Festival & Fair, Winterfest, or supporting local nonprofit organization such as HAV-A-SIS on their fifth birthday celebration. And much more.

RiverScene has compiled a list of January 2026 events, as there are quite a few and none should be missed.

January 9 at 7 p.m. One of these Nights, a Tribute to the Eagles at the Aquatic Center.

Polar Bear Day

January 10 at noon, 53rd Annual Polar Bear Day, where locals and visitors plunge into chilly waters at State Beach to earn a participatory patch.

January 13 at 4:30 p.m. Hav-A-Sis Fifth Birthday Celebration, a milestone for the nonprofit organization that they want to celebrate with the community at Montana Steak House.

January 14 at 7 p.m. Piano Men: Generations — Celebrating the music of Billy Joel and Elton John at the Aquatic Center.

January 15-18 Buses by the Bridge, a Volkswagen bus campout at Windsor Beach.

January 15 at 9 a.m. Parker 400 Off Road Festival in Lake Havasu downtown on McCulloch Boulevard.

January 17 at 2 p.m. Havasu 95 Speedway Get It In Gear Street Stocks 75 Laps.

January 19 at 7 p.m. Garth Live, a Tribute to Garth Brooks at the Aquatic Center.

January 20 at 6 p.m. AZ Speaks Speaker Series, Mother Road to the Stars — Route 66 and its Space Heritage with speaker Kevin Schindler at Mohave College building 600.

January 20 at 7 p.m. Hot August Night, the Ultimate Tribute to Neil Diamond at the Aquatic Center.

January 22-25 Anderson Toyota Havasu Balloon Festival at Windsor 4, a celebration of all things hot air ballooning.

January 23-24 The Real Sandbox Show is a family friendly event for trucking or heavy machinery enthusiasts at the Sara Park Rodeo Grounds.

January 24 at 7 p.m. Zeppelin Revisited Tribute Band Concert at Iron Wolf Golf and Country Club.

January 25 at 1:30 p.m. Winter Bunco with Women with Willpower at the Aquatic Center.

January 30 at 7 p.m. Tina Tina and the Motown Blossoms will be performing at the London Bridge Resort Convention Center.

January 30-February 1 National NAMBA Model Boat Races at the London Bridge Resort in the channel area.

January 31-February 1 Winterfest will be in the downtown district on McCulloch Blvd.
