There were about 740 fresh-cut Christmas trees that arrived in Lake Havasu City from Oregon on Sunday morning. The Marine Corps League Detachment No. 757, of Havasu, is set up at CVS Store & Pharmacy parking lot at 75 N. Lake Havasu Ave. until the trees sell out.
Trees range in size from 3 feet to 10 feet in height, and from $20 to $100 in cost. Hours of operation are set for Saturdays and Sundays 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., and noon to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday. At press time, 40 trees already had been sold.
