Hammer continued to discuss the students’ favorite tradition, which Bravata puts on.
The students celebrate the end of a reading unit by dressing up as queens and kings. By doing this, Bravata creates a memorable experience tied to the students’ learning.
Bravata is also a mentor teacher on campus to another kindergarten teacher, ensuring more than just her own classroom runs smoothly.
Having served on the math expansion committee, Bravata aids the curriculum at Havasupai.
Bravata helps the students at Havasupai feel welcome and excited to learn at school. Her commitment to her students is shown in their educational success and achievements.
