Remnants of Tropical Storm Mario will move into the desert Southwest at the end of this week.
According to the Las Vegas National Weather Service, Thursday mid-morning, remenants of Mario will begin to move into the Lake Havasu area from the south. Gusty outflow winds and rain down pours are possible and will go into late Thursday afternoon.
However, if there are high clouds Thursday morning, it could hinder the chances for thunderstorms. If there are clear skies Thursday morning, then chances increase.
There is also a chance for rain early Friday morning as well.
Thursday morning when the new forecast models come out, weather forecasters will have a better idea of what rain chances are for Thursday and Friday in the Lake Havasu area.
