Lake Havasu City Relics and Rods Car Club premier event, the 42nd Annual Run to the Sun, certainly didn’t disappoint classic car lovers who strolled through row upon row of more than 700 real beauties Friday.

The event continues at Bridgewater Links golf course Saturday until 4 p.m.

Sunday, the cars will be featured in the annual parade on McCulloch Boulevard beginning at 9:30 a.m. The parade will be followed by a pancake breakfast in the Mohave State Bank parking lot, provided by Boy Scout Troop 992. Donations to the Scouts will be accepted at the pancake breakfast.
