Fall is just around the corner and some of the favorite Lake Havasu Ctiy activities and events are coming with it. Including the Fright Night Thriller Dance, featuring locals of all ages dancing to Michael Jackson’s hit song on Halloween night.
“This has become a fun tradition because it’s ‘Thriller,’ an iconic dance and song.” event coordinator Oni Studler told RiverScene.
Sign ups begin on Sept. 9, at 6:45 p.m., at Fit Lab 928, located at 537 Lake Havasu Ave N. Registration is $40 per person.
“We have no limit to how many dancers. The more the better.” Studler said. “This is a routine that anyone can do, just takes practice.”
Consider joining the spooky fun in this long time Havasu custom, either as a dancer or observer on Fright Night. This event is held at Main Street on downtown McCulloch Boulevard. It begins at 4 p.m., on Oct.. 31, and the Thriller Dance will take place as it has for years.
