March 2, 3, 4, 2018 at Windsor 4 is Bluegrass on the Beach. The three day event features bands such as Gibson Brothers, Edgar Loudermilk Band, and Sawmill Road.
Bring your beach chairs to sit and enjoy the bands. No pets allowed. Food vendors and arts and crafts booths will be at the event.
