Rain couldn’t keep boat enthusiasts away from the Desert Storm Street Party Thursday afternoon. In between rain showers, fans rushed to take cover under shop overhangs, and then as soon as the rain stopped, they went back into the street to enjoy the boats. Boats of all colors lined McCulloch Blvd. while Desert Storm fans oohed and ahhed over the size and power of each one.
Boats will also parade through the Bridgewater Channel Friday morning at 10am as part of the weekend’s events.
