Annual Watermelon Run Moves To LHHS Track

The Lake Havasu High School Cross-Country team took part in the annual Watermelon Run Wednesday afternoon. The run usually takes place at Lake Havasu State Park, but this year it was hosted at the year-old LHHS track.

Even though the students got a late start because of excessive heat, they safely made it back to the finish line just in time before a monsoon storm hit Lake Havasu.
