Many of Lake Havasu City’s special people were treated to a very special evening Friday.
Calvary Baptist Church hosted “An Evening of Hope” for those with special needs.
Volunteers from Calvary Church and around Lake Havasu donated food, decoration and their time to prepare and ensure smooth sailing for the event.
The red carpet greeted guests as they arrived, and they were presented with other gifts as they entered the event.
Dancing, food and some surprises made the night truly special for attendees.
According to event coordinator Amber Smith, 130 guests attended the event and 300 people volunteered to make it happen.
