Soroptimist International of Lake Havasu City hosted representatives from the Arizona Children’s Association for its annual Foster Children’s Shower on April 21, at Red Robin.

Cole Callen, Supervisor I, and Noma Byerely, Office Manager III of the association, attended to receive the many shower gifts provided by the members of Soroptimists.

Girl Scout Troop No. 415, led by Renee Nelson, donated its earnings from cookie sales and went shopping for more than $350 worth of children’s gifts for the foster kids.

Thanks go to Foster Children’s Shower Chair Barbara Adams for her outstanding work on this event that finally restarted after the two-year delay caused pandemic shutdowns.
