Meeting people can be awkward and explaining what you and/or your company does can also be tricky. This meetup is for anyone who wants to put more names to faces, meet potential collaborators, and grow their professional or friend circles…in a fun, non-awkward way.

What to Expect

Networking can actually be fun and painless. Bring business cards or any materials you’d like to share.

Doors open @ 6PM

Grab your drink tokens and write your name on your icebreaker/name tag. Get some pizza, catch up with friends and acquaintances. (If you’re nervous, no worries! Get a preview of the questions before 6:30 if you wish)

Review of how it’ll work. It’s going to be fun, we promise.

6:35 | Speed Networking begins

Each station has a stack of questions. You and your partner have 2 minutes to get through 1-2 questions (If you’re stuck on a question, just skip to the next card. No sweat!). At the buzzer you’ll rotate to the next guest. At the end of the event you’ll have rotated through every guest and ideally know a few more people. Easy!

7:45 | Recap

After the final buzzer, we’ll recap together and share interesting things we’ve learned about each other. Stick around for more mingling ‘till the pizza is gone.
