Hundreds of music enthusiasts turned out Monday night for The Jazz Ambassadors of the U.S. Army Field Band. Lake Havasu City was a stop on the band’s Spring 2016 tour.

Havasu’s own Marine Corps League Color Guard welcomed the musicians for the more than one-hour concert.

The free concert celebrated the military and the Jazz band is part of the Army’s outreach mission. The 19-piece band was led by Chief Warrant Officer Daniel Wood.
