Dementia Connection Hosts Movin’ For Memory Walk

The Dementia Connection of Havasu hosted the Movin’ For Memory Walk Saturday morning at Rotary Park. More than 400 participants walked in Rotary Park to raise money and awareness for dementia.

Mayor Cal Sheehy kicked off the event reading a proclamation and Country music singer Jay Allen performed “Blank Stares” in memory of his mother who also suffered from dementia.
