Why the Almost 9th Annual Dashboard Cookie Competition? Because at the first competition, the cookies were eaten before they could be judged! Head to the London Bridge Resort Convention Center parking lot and watch as Journey of Hope riders go head-to-head in this unique baking competition – sponsored by Anderson Auto Group and the London Bridge Resort. Teams of riders will be given a theme at the start of the competition, early in the morning. They will have fifteen minutes to come up with a creative design for their cookie, which will be baked – not in an oven – but on the dashboard of a car!

The cookies will be created and start their baking process at 7:15 a.m. Good things take time, and spectators are encouraged to arrive just before judging, which will commence at 11:30 a.m. Photos of the cookies before they hit the dash will be displayed at the judging tables.
