March for our Lives Lake Havasu City, AZ

Lake Havasu City, AZ:  We are marching in Lake Havasu City to support the young people of Parkland, FL and our nation. The March for Our Lives has accepted our request for an official March in Lake Havasu City. We are concerned people and we want more than thoughts and prayers after these horrific school shooting events. We March in solidarity with the young people who started this event, we March in solidarity with the survivors, we March in solidarity with grieving families, we March for our children and grandchildren and our communities.

This is a simple event. You may make a sign or not, some will be provided. You may March with us from Wheeler Park (circle park on McCulloch across the street from K-Mart Plaza) down to London Bridge and back or stand along the route and bear witness. We ask that your signs be respectful and reflect your personal feelings. We ask that you conduct yourself in a respectful, peaceful manner befitting a solemn occasion of paying respects to those who have died in gun violence. Our mission is to bring this national March for our Lives to our small city. We do not have the answer. This event is time for honoring these young people and their ideas as they are the survivors of gun violence in their school. Please join us.
