CrossFit has become an increasingly popular means of achieving physical and mental fitness in recent years.
CrossFit is described as a core strength and conditioning program that consists of functional movements which are constantly varied at high intensity. The program aims to increase physical competence in 10 different fitness areas: Cardio and respiratory endurance; stamina; strength; flexibility; power; speed; coordination; agility; balance; and accuracy.
Brian Francis, a certified CrossFit trainer at HXF (Havasu CrossFit), says his first CrossFit experience was one of the most humbling of his life.
