The Havasu Balloon Festival brings colorful hot air balloons which fill the skies each year, but besides the balloons, the event also brings many local and out-of-state vendors to the festival grounds where visitors can also enjoy food and shopping for all ages.
Many food trucks and food booths serve classic fair favorites and sweet treats, along with arts and crafts vendors featuring handmade items such as jewelry, artwork, home décor and gifts.
“We have some great belgium truffles, nut filled chocolates, coffee bean chocolates and a variety of Fudge treats, ” said Suzanne Messina, Vendor and Owner of Fudgie Wudgie which is based out of Las Vegas and new to the Balloon Festival.
“We found out about the event word of mouth and are glad to be here,” Messina said.
Commercial and retail vendors also line the festival area, selling clothing, accessories, novelty items and festival merchandise.

“We have a lot of gems here, some clothing and metal work and handmade carved bone work,” said Ava Knight who traveled from New Hampshire at the Wormtown Trading co. booth.

“ This is my third year here and my favorite part is the scenery in Lake Havasu, the water and the mountains.” said vendor James Baker also with Wormtown Trading Co.

In addition, nonprofit and community organizations are on hand with informational and fundraising booths, giving attendees a chance to support local causes while enjoying the festivities.
Vendor areas run alongside balloon launches and carnival activities, making them a part of the overall festival experience.
Traditional fair food such as lemonade, burgers, popcorn and corn dogs can also be found along with coffee and alcoholic beverages as well. The festival also offers a few carnival rides and game booths too.
