An inaugural event Saturday brought two groups together to bring holiday cheer to Mohave County children.

The motorcycle club Devil’s Diciples in association with Soldiers for Jesus conducted a toy drive with all proceeds benefiting the Firefighters Holiday Toy Drive.

Participants said there was a good turnout and the weather was perfect for a great ride. The local Mohave Valley Fire Department also sent an engine and ambulance support for the event.

In addition to many toys collected and donated, the groups donated $1,288 to the Holiday Toy Drive.
