The London Bridge Resort continued its annual ritual of laying floral arrangements in Memorial Gardens on the graves of those who served in advance of Memorial Day.

The original observance of Memorial Day was May 30, 1868. It was called Decoration Day to honor Union soldiers who died in the Civil War.

It has continued through today to honor those who have fallen while serving their country. The London Bridge Resort placed 900 flower arrangements  to remember them.
