Events around the country and in Lake Havasu City have been forced to change formats to accommodate COVID-19. The Cancer Association of Havasu hosted a parade Saturday morning in honor of those that have fought breast cancer. The parade was a substitute for the walk that usually takes place to honor breast cancer survivors and those who lost the battle.
Twenty-two decked out vehicles participated in the Breast Cancer Awareness Month parade, decorated in pink ribbons and balloons.
The event started at the former KMart parking lot and concluded at Tavern 95.
