Thursday evening, 18 Telesis Preparatory Academy seniors took their first steps into their future.

Lake Havasu City Police Chief Dan Doyle spoke to those gathered and graduates received their diplomas.

Students in the graduating class received $277,806 in scholarships according to Telesis principal Dr. Sandy Breece.
