More than 30 vendors selling housewares, jewelry, clothing, handbags, gifts, food, art, and wellness and beauty will fill the Relics and Rods Hall at the Aquatic Center, 100 Lake Ave., for a day of shopping Dec. 3 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The Shopping Extravaganza, hosted by the Women’s Network Exchange of Arizona, will also feature a drawing for a grand prize of $500.
Drawing tickets can be purchased for $10 with cash only and the winner does not have to be present to win. The drawing will be held at 2:30 pm. Don’t miss the silent auction table.
In its 14th year, the event is the largest fundraiser for the Women’s Scholarship Fund.
“The shopping Extravaganza is the Women’s Network Exchange’s biggest signature event and was started by members way before I came. I am happy to see a traditional event continue this year,” said Janet Cruz President of Women’s Network Exchange (WNEA) 2022-2023.
WNEA awards three $1,500 scholarships every June to three local women in La Paz and Mohave County to further their existing skills that benefit their business or further their education at a local college or university.
The most recent recipients were Nereyda Robertson, Andranique Thompson and Candie Caviness.
