[dropcap]T[/dropcap]he 38th Annual Parker Tube Float was a huge success. The event is organized by the Parker Area Chamber of Commerce and draws over 8,000 attendees from the surrounding area. This year’s event saw many families and groups of friends hit the water to float down the Colorado River.
