Travel back in time and revisit Rock-n-Roll music, retro fashion, vintage cars and more at the 15th annual Rockabilly Reunion Friday through Sunday in Lake Havasu City.
More than 800 cars and motorcycles will be on display. Events include a beer garden, giveaways, a swap meet, and a 1950’s hair salon and barber, and the very popular Pin-up Girl contest.
“This year we have 30 pin-up contestants confirmed says Perla Aka “Miss Elvi Pearl” organizer and host of the pin-up pageant.
Lots of varieties of food vendors and beverages will also be on hand.
“We are known for having the lowest priced drinks at our event. Beers are still $4, and we have some specialty drinks as well. We have a Rocka-rita (Margarita) and also a cosmopolitan called “The Betty,” says Kennie Cuppetelli, Rockabilly organizer. “We have a not-outside beverage policy this year as well.”
A second stage has been included this year where more bands will be performing at the three-day event.
“This year, we will have tribute bands who do impersonations for a living, such as Johnny Cash, Elvis and many others all playing on Saturday. We have a total of 19 bands,” Cuppetelli said.
Other events taking place will be a Harley Davidson Motorcycle Stunt Show, and Mississippi Motocross Freestyle Stunt Show, performed by BRIGADE FMX and much more.
Admission price is $25 per day. Children 11 and under are free. Three day passes are $75, and three day VIP all access passes (including backstage) are $200.
