Special Olympics of Lake Havasu and the Lake Havasu Police Department hosted “Tip-A-Cop” Friday afternoon.

The event raised funds for local Special Olympics athletes at Smith’s Grocery Store.

As shoppers checked out, LHCPD officers bagged the groceries and shoppers had the option to give them a tip. All tips are given to Special Olympics in Lake Havasu City.
