The deadline to submit an application for the Soroptimist International of Lake Havasu City Live Your Dream Awards program is fast approaching.

The program provides a cash award to a deserving woman in Lake Havasu City who is the primary source of financial support for their families and are enrolled in programs to improve their skills and education.

In May, the club awarded $8,000 to Lake Havasu women and girls. The award is normally made in May.

Soroptimists raise money throughout the year through many fundraisers and events.

The application deadline is Nov. 15.
